From La Gomera

It is a culinary fusion, a tribute to our grandmothers, mothers, and especially to Alicia Chinea: my mother. Thanks to them, who have passed on the legacy of traditional and unique recipes from our island—a “majado” full of love, history, customs, laurel forest, mountains, ravines… A diverse Garajonay, infused with aromas, scents, and flavors.

Caprichos is a tribute to all of them, who in one way or another have been part of the culinary offering we present to you today… a Caprice on the table, a selection of traditional dishes and a creative, free-spirited twist—renewed dishes so that with every bite, you may savor this blessed land.

That is my greatest wish!
